.mov video - non-drupal site

A client site (non-drupal) wants to show a .mov video without allowing download. Does anyone know if this automatically means I use streaming protocol (RTSP) to prevent a download? Or is there another way. Sorry to post here but I know a lot of Dallas Drupalers use video and thus would have the answer I need.

I had planned to ask tonight until I found out the meeting night wasn't correct.
